Tried Losing Weight

Several women have asked me about losing weight. Since I have lost over 100 pounds in the past year. Each person is different and you have to be ready. It is possible to lose the weight without losing your mind. lol

This is what I did. First you need to do a cleanse to get ready to release all the stored fat and toxins in your body that blocks the pathway to losing weight. A good source is found here. Go here to be fat or fit.

Then I started a six week at a time diet that was only 500 calories. I drank six cups of Wu-Wi Tea a day and two liters of water with lemon a day. Breakfast was basically fruit and three walnuts. Lunch was usually a salad with 4 oz. of fish or chicken protein. For a mid afternoon snack, I had three strawberries and then for supper, I usually had a soy protein drink or 4 oz. of protein and a vegetable such as eggplant, tomatoes, broccoli, onions, kale, spinach, etc. No pastas, no rice, no breads. I did it for six weeks at a time because I thought I could handle being off of all the rich foods for six weeks. I kept telling myself that I was not giving up these foods forever it was just for six weeks. I could handle that. Little by little I did.
