Ever notice how during a crisis, you hear some screaming doom ... doom ... doom, while others are raking in money hand over fist? Take a stroll down memories lane. Well some of us aren't old enough to remember those days, but we have heard our parents and grandparents and some have heard our great grandparents tell of those days during the depression. If not, then we have at least read about it in our history books.
I believe this is a truly historic time to be writing about the market or the economic crisis. Some day in history it may be called the Bailout Bloodbath. Okay, forget taking sides in politics. You want to know who to blame? It's not just Democrats or Republicans. It's humans. No, the problem is politics as a whole. There is no single event or decision from either side that caused this. We're talking about 30 to 40 years and maybe even 90 years of bad decisions and fighting that led up to this mess. Politics got the economy in this mess. Politicians on the payrolls of major lenders and banks, politicians looking for votes, politicians wanting to avoid accountability - it's all the same thing, and it's not any one party.
It's difficult for politicians to cross party lines because they are too busy running for office, keeping the power and taking care of the special interest groups that are paying their way. They are more concerned in getting the vote than what is best for the people. The reason we have such an enormous deficit is due to the wide overspending on both parties. 90% of their overspending is due to being pressured by money or pressured to win votes . . . not what is best for the people. Right now... it is like a giant food fight with everyone slinging food at each other. Welcome to the Bailout Bloodbath!
I'm tired of hearing "I like so and so but I'm going to vote for so and so because that's my party." It's time to put all parties aside and look at what is best for the people. Forget who is a Democrat and who is a Republican ... we are all in this together ... we are all Americans, first and foremost. I've voted on both sides so I guess I'm a Demoican or maybe a Republicrat. I vote for the person who I think is best for our people regardless of which party they belong. It's time we all do that and each person in office needs to reevaluate his or her votes to make them count for something other than popularity. It's not always what is popular that is best. Isn't that we tell our children? It's time to stand up and make a difference. It's the politicians in office that have gotten us into this mess. We as American need to make them be accountable for it. If they can't do what is right for the people then let's get them out and get someone who can do what is right for the people. It's time for the people to take responsibility and hold politicians accountable. After all they are suppose to represent what is best for us. We are the people!!!
Those who ignore the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it – except that now, we are likely to wind up with something far worse: the holocaust of crashes. We have to force the government to stop the bailout bloodbath ... to stop its continued generation of chronic, accelerating inflation.

The key thing to remember here is that the economic world is filled with such emotions which cause rational people to do irrational things. That means the smartest money people in the world are going to make stupid mistakes. Times like these are the times to be cool, calm and collected. Many people wait years for a bailout bloodbath like this to occur. All you have to do is be cool. Haste makes waste. Don't worry about missing something. Let others make mistakes. You can cash in from their mistakes. Now is the time to put some of your money away for the worst is yet to be. It's more important to be cool and you cash in from the people who are more worried about missing something. You can only be cool when you are steady and calm and that means get a level head! Don't panic. When people are fearful, everything gets expensive. When people are calm, everything becomes affordable. I remember elders telling me how they bought property and other assets during the depression at fair prices to help those panic souls survive. It's a great time to prosper from home. Being fair in an economic world like this today maybe the best way to ride through the crisis and prosper and cash in on this bailout bloodbath.
Pass this message on in it's entirety. Maybe someone in Washington will get it and we will get the politicians to stop the bailout bloodbath and do what is best for us the people of America. If not, maybe enough of us little people will get the message and take back our government and get people in office to do what is right for "We the People." Together we can make a difference.
