Health is our greatest wealth. There are many ways that we can help our health. One of the best ways is to rid our body of excess fat. While there are many ways to rid our bodies of excess fat, we're only going to talk about a few of them here. Feel the burn.

Dieting is one of the hardest ways to lose the fat. Dieting is overrated and causes many people to eat improperly. It is more important to think of dieting as a lifestyle change. It is important to eat some from all the food groups. Otherwise, you can lose muscle rather than fat. The important thing to remember is portion control matters. Eating smaller portions several times a day is an easier way to control the amount of food eaten in a day. If you take smaller meals and divide them into to two or three meals, it is not as hard on the body. For example, if you take a snack from the meal and eat it a couple of hours later.
